Time to set new goals for 2004.

I have no goal to win a particular race (except to do very well at the Relays), so I will continue my goal from 2003 to improve my consistency. To quote from last year: "How am I going to do that? A) practice O technique and B) increase fitness. How will “consistency” be measured? By how often I hit a control the first time (less stringent than a spike; I’ll allow up to 2 minute mistakes). I would like to average an 85% hit rate on course controls (as opposed to training exercises). "

I would like to add a new measure to help assure I increase my fitness: by exercising consistently. I would like to average 25 minutes of exercise a day for the year; which means about 760 minutes a month. To avoid taking long stretches off, I am going to rate myself on each month. I want to average 25 minutes a day for 10 months this year (to allow for sickness, travel, etc).
