July training so far:

01 July : 38 minutes on the trails at SMP

04 July: 25 minutes of step aerobics

05 July: 40 minutes running at PNS.

I tried my test loop again. As soon as I started running, I felt good. I knew I could go fast. I expected to drop 5 minutes off my previous time of 31 minutes. As I neared the end, I glanced at my watch and saw 29 minutes. I was crushed to think I was still so slow. However, when I punched my watch at the end, I saw that my test loop time was 17:00!! The 30 minutes or so was my total elapsed time, including my warm up. Boy, I must have been aslepp when I did the test loop the first time!
