A new month, time to train again. I went to Wyandotte yesterday and orienteered while it was snowing. It's been a long time since I had water dripping in to my eyes and on my map. I warmed up a bit, then did a yellow course. My goal was to orienteer fast and clean; I wanted 10 minutes per K.

However, I forgot that I was out of practice. Mentally I couldn't keep my concentration (although I made no mistakes, the course was easy) and physically I just couldn't get up the hills without stopping. As a result, I didn't really push myself, and I ran 11:40 per K.

I was out for 60 minutes.

MT = 60/1000
