I ran the red course from the Wyandotte meet today. I didn't run it yesterday, since I was teaching an advanced beginner's course. I also picked up the markers as I went. After I finished, I subtracted the time spent at each control taking down the marker. It's not a completely fair mesure of my total time, since I was able to rest at each control. On the other hand, I interrupted my flow as I stopped at each control. I was ~1.8X Mike's time per K, which is pretty good. I was out for 90 minutes altogether.
