After two weeks, I'm finally back to exercising. I still have a nagging cough and running nose, but I feel OK.

Mike, Dan, Tehri and I went to Clinton. I decide to focus on map reading, so I did a map hike. I got out of breath just walking, but it was nice to be moving again. I tried to keep up my concnetration, and to pay attention while on trails.

I'm not increasing my exercise goal beyond last month. I feel four hours per week is a reasonable goal. It will give me plenty of training, while being practical about what can be accomplished during a work week. So my training goal will remain at 1000 minutes per month.
