Mike and I went to Weston Bend this morning. I did two loops. First I walked for 15 minutes to warm up, then I alternated 10 minutes walking (60-70% max HR) with 10 minutes running (>80% max HR). My HR graph looks pretty cool--low, high, gradually lower, then high again. It was a good work out.
