Tracking my wanderlust need to get out of town once a month

Mike and I met Gene and some co-workers at the Lawrence River trails last night. Gene et. al. rode mountain bikes, while Mike and I were on foot. I walked in the beginning to warm up, then walked and jogged the rest of the time. I was out for 40 minutes.
