It's been a stressful week at work. I'm the opposite of Mike; he exercises when he gets stressed. When I get stressed, I come home, curl up on the couch, and don't move. I need to hide, relax, and recuperate. Keeps me sane, but not fit.

My work schedule was also stressful this week. I was out late Tuesday night, then got up at 4:30 am Wednesday to start driving to Iowa. After a full day meeting, I drove back again. I worked from 5 am to 9 pm. The next day, of course, I was wiped out.

So, all this is to say that I had another week with no training.

Until today. I tried my new Step workout tape "Intense Moves". It's an interval workout: one minute fast, two minutes to recover, then do it again. It was hard work, but fun to do something different. I worked out for 45 minutes.
