Yesterday, Mike and I went to Wyandotte. As I drove there, he designed a short 1.5 K course on the trails or in the grass. When we got to the park, we discovered that it is a very popular place to picnic on a fine spring day. The place was packed, and there were lots of cars on the roads. Mike had to hang one marker on a different feature than he'd planned, because people were using the feature. Other than weaving through traffic, I enjoyed the course. It was fun to have a one way course for a change (Mike picked me up at the end). Wyandotte is such a long skinny park, that it gets boring going back and forth in the same areas.

TT =118

Today I did some running at the track. I wanted to see if I could do a 5K run, and how long it would take. I tried to keep my HR around 164, so I didn't go very fast. I did 12.5 laps in lane two, slowing down twice for water breaks. Time was 38:46.

TT = 156
