Mike set up a fun Park O course on the new Bonner Park map yesterday. It was a fun course, with long legs that criss-crossed the park. In fact, with some route choices, you passed control #6 twice before actually punching there. It was a hot and muggy day, and I was sleepy, so I skipped controls 7 and 8. I was out for 41 minutes.

MT = 740

My goal for this month was 700 minutes of training, so I did well. I still plan to increase my training goal by 10% each month, so my new goal for June is 770 minutes.
