Tracking my wanderlust need to get out of town once a month

I walked around Weston Bend's paved trail today. It's been raining for days, so I knew the trails in any other park would be unpassable. I kept my HR between 60 and 75%, so I walked pretty slowly. I also walked slowly because I wasn't acclimated to the 100% humidity yet. By August I'll be used to it, but this was the first really heavy day this year. I was out for 52 minutes, average HR 126.
