Thursday Night Training at SMP was organized tonight by Keith. He set a mountain bike course, but most of us did it on foot. I cut the course short, and was out for 45 minutes. I tried to keep a brisk, but steady, pace. I didn't push too hard, but just kept moving.

Tomorrow we're off to the Chicago A meet. I haven't orienteered in Chicago for many years; I don't like the vegetation. Maybe I'll be more tolerant now, after living in KC for so long. We'll see.

My goals for the weekend are: 1. orienteer well. 2. push the pace a bit (keep HR above 155 the whole time) and 3. orienteer well.
