I ran a control picking course at SMP tonight. My legs were still tired from the weekend, but the navigation went well. I was out for 46 minutes.

My goal for this training was to orienteer well. I usually have a goal for each day's training, which I decide on the day before or the day of the training. I wonder if I need to plan more in advance, perhaps map out a weekly training strategy? Or maybe I can do that later in the year, and continue to working on my fitness for now.
