Last night I walked/jogged for 20 minutes on the Clive Greenbelt. I was able to jog about half the time, and still keep my HR at 70-80% max. It helped that the Greenbelt is a flat, paved trail. I was hoping to be out longer, but I was delayed at work and got a late start. I decided I should cut the run short since I was by myself in a strange city and it was getting dark.
