I ran a Conconi test today. My anaerobic threshold (AT) HR is 173 and my AT speed is 11.5 km/hr. I think I started out a bit too fast, and I wasn't feeling great today, but it gives me a starting point to track my training.

January 6th: After looking at these numbers and reading abit more, I'm convinced that the result is wrong. I need to start out slower and run longer. So, I'm going to ignore these numbers and repeat the test.
