Tracking my wanderlust need to get out of town once a month

Mike and Gene were running on the river trails in Lawrence today at 9:30. So I ran "with" them on the local HS track at 9:30. I walked the curves, jogged the straights, for 50 minutes. The theme for the weekend is slow and steady. I covered 5K.

Mike pointed out that I went further than 5K, since I was in lane 7. According to a calculator on the internet (at runnersweb, I think), I actually covered 5.575K. Still, I was pretty slow no matter how far I went.
