Tracking my wanderlust need to get out of town once a month

I wandered around at Shawnee MIssion for 80 minutes last night with Mike, Gene and Nancy. I should have listened to my body. I was tired and run down, and did not feel like going out. But I did. Consequently, I made many mistakes and wore myself out. Not a good idea to wear your self out just before an A meet.
